Ignighter Terms of Service
Acceptance of Terms
By using Ignighter services you agree to adhere to these terms. Ignighter reserves the right to modify these terms without notice. If you do not agree to these terms, you cannot use Ignighter. Ignighter may, from time to time update these terms without notice. The most recent terms are located at http://www.ignighter.com/Page/Terms You should revisit this page occasionally to review the terms and conditions. The Agreement sets out the terms under which Ignighter services (the "Services") are provided to you by us through the Ignighter Application/Site. By registering with Ignighter, you become a member of the Service (a "Member"), and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement (the "Terms") for as long as you continue to be a Member.
Ignighter Intellectual Property
The content, arrangement and layout of Ignighter.com, including, but not limited to, the trademarks, service marks, package designs, text, art work, graphics, images, buttons, screen shots, other content, and the compilation of the foregoing ("Content") are the property of Groupfuser LLC, except where otherwise noted, and are protected from copying, imitation, communication, or simulation under domestic and international laws and are not to be reproduced, communicated, displayed, distributed, or transmitted without the express written permission of Groupfuser LLC.
Cancellation
You understand and agree that you have no ownership rights in your Ignighter account. Ignighter may cancel your account and delete all content associated with your account at any time, and without notice, if we deem that you have violated the terms of this agreement, or for any other reason. Ignighter assumes no liability for any information removed from our application/site for violating these terms. You may also cancel your account at any time. This cancellation takes effect immediately. After a cancellation, Ignighter will remove all content associated with your account. We reserve the right to permanently restrict access to our products and services to members who have had their accounts cancelled.
Registration
To become a Member you must register with us. When and if you register to become a Member, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration form ("Registration Data"), and to maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current and complete. You agree that we may rely on your Registration Data as accurate, current and complete. You acknowledge that if your Registration Data is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete in any respect, we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and your use of the Site. By becoming a Member, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, which is the minimum required age to become a Member. However, we cannot guarantee that each Member is at least the required minimum age, neither do we accept responsibility or liability for any content, communication or other use or access of the Application/Site by persons under the age of 18 in violation of these Terms.
Your Interactions with Other Members
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Members. You understand that Ignighter does not in any way screen its Members, nor does Ignighter inquire into the backgrounds of its Members or attempt to verify the statements of its Members. In no event shall Ignighter be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of Ignighter, including without limitation, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from communications or meetings with other registered users of Ignighter or persons you meet through through Ignighter. You agree to take reasonable precautions in all interactions with other Members of Ignighter, particularly if you decide to meet offline or in person. In addition, you agree to review Ignighter's Code of Conduct prior to using Ignighter. You will not include in your profile any offensive anatomical or sexual references, or offensive sexually suggestive or connotative language, or any confidential information of any third person, and you will not post any photographs or other images containing nudity or such personal information. Ignighter reserves the right, but has no obligation, to reject any profile or photograph or image that does not comply with these prohibitions. You will not impersonate any person or entity. You will not "stalk" or otherwise harass any person. You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Members to buy or sell any products or services through Ignighter. You will not transmit any chain letters, spam or junk email to other Members.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Groupfuser LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees harmless from any alleged claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, made by any third party due to or arising out your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of another, whether you are a registered user or not. The user is solely responsible for his or her actions when using the Service, including, but not limited to, costs incurred for Internet access.
