After graduating from college, Adam Sachs spent the following year teaching English in Madrid and Prague. Upon his return he worked in the Ad Sales department for Sony Pictures Television where he coordinated ads for syndicated shows like Seinfeld and Jeopardy. He left Sony in 2007 to co-found Ignighter and is a proud member of the TechStars class of 2008. Adam holds a BS with a double major in Radio/Television/Film and History from Northwestern University. His lifetime goal is to go on a date with every female group on Ignighter.

Dan Osit
After graduating from Northwestern University in 2004, Dan Osit went to work as a junior trader for The Lionel Financial Group, a multi-strategy international proprietary trading firm. In 2006, Dan, along with 6 other Lionel traders, formed Glenpoint Capital Partners, an event driven proprietary equities trading firm. At Glenpoint, Dan had access to over $20M in capital, trained numerous junior traders, had direct oversight of a team of 5 traders, and produced returns higher than all industry benchmarks. While at TechStars during the summer of 2008, Dan learned valuable skills about starting and growing a business. His lifetime goal is to one day own his own nacho cheese dispenser.

Kevin Owocki
Kevin Owocki has been engineering software for the past 8 years. After graduating from the University of Delaware in 2006 with a BS in Computer Science, he spent two years working at Vanguard, where he built pieces of their back-end system. In 2008, Kevin joined Ignighter as Lead Developer. He is a proud graduate of Techstars 2008. Kevin is an avid runner and loves Ultimate Frisbee. Kevin has no lifetime goals.

Nicky Leach
Nicky recently graduated from Boulder High School, and is attending New York University where he is studying for a degree in computer science. Nicky has been a freelance web designer and developer since he was 15, and has been part of several startups including eNeighbors and NoteCut. Nicky joined Ignighter in the summer of 2008 and has thoroughly enjoyed the TechStars experience. Nicky's lifetime goal is to develop a lifetime goal that rivals Dan's.
